Runs in the Mail Tribune on each Saturday. ALL chamber members who have an employee who has been promoted, or who has completed any training, employees who have won awards, new hires, ect., New businesses, change in businesses, can all be listed in the Medford Mail Tribune at NO COST. All you need to do is the following. Provide a photo of the employee it can be black and white or color , photos will not be returned. Along with a VERY brief discription of the situation. The Tribune will cut out a lot of it, so be very selective in what you submit. Read some of the PEOPLE IN BUSINESS in the Mail Tribune every Saturday. Submit your information to the chamber office 7 days in advance . The office is open from 9-2:00 Mon-Fri.

Website

Along with the information that is submitted to the Mail Tribune for the PEOPLE IN BUSINESS the chamber will also add it onto our website. Monthly we will feature a business of the month. New businesses will also be Introduced. Inexpensive web advertising will be offered to chamber members at a discounted price.

Our monthly newsletter goes out electronically once a month. We also will publish all information that is sent in to the Mail Tribune for PEOPLE IN BUSINESS. Any information that your business has that you would like to submit to be published in the chambers monthly newsletter please submit to the chamber office one week prior to the end of the month. We want to promote you as a business so your information is important to us to help you succeed.

Grand Openings / Ribbon Cuttings

The Chamber will submit all Grand Openings and Ribbon Cuttings along with photos of the event to the Medford Mail Tribune. Depending upon space the Tribune usually will run a blurb and some instances the photos. This is also a FREE SERVICE

Ambassadors

The Chamber will also attend all GRAND OPENINGS AND RIBBON CUTTINGS at your request. The Chamber Ambassadors will represent the chamber along with the ribbon and scissors for the ribbon cutting. Any additional duties that you would like us to help you with please let us know. The Ambassadors will present new businesses with the FIRST DOLLAR AWARD as good luck and welcome to the City of Central Point.

Relocation Packets

Relocation packets and additional Central Point information is sent to all inquiries at NO COST. This packets will include various information including local businesses, restaurants, housing, events of the area ect.. It's up to you to provide the chamber with information that you would like to see in the relocation packets.

Chamber Office

The chamber office is open 9-2:00 Monday through Friday to promote your business. The more information that we have about each business the better we can promote you. The chamber receives hundreds of inquires. The office thanks to the kindness of David Martin has been renovated inside and out. The City of Central Point has graced us with a visable chamber and information sign that is easy for people to see. The office is always busy with people wanting to know about your business. We provide areas for you to add new and updated information about your business at NO COST. We are here to promote you!

Monthly Greeters

Monthly greeters takes place on the First Tuesday of each month. We are a rotating membership. If you would like to host a morning greeters to promote your business just let us know. We will do our best to get you on the rotation. Greeters are fun and a good way to network with your peers and promote yourself. There is always a time to introduce yourself to the group and let them know of any upcoming promotions or information that you would like to promote.

Monthly Seminars

The Chamber is proud to offer your businesses, employees, and friends monthly informative seminars. Seminars vary from month to month . If you would like to put on an informative seminar please let us know and we will schedule you in. Seminars are all upstairs at Rostells Restaurant. Lunch is Ala Carte. Seminars are announced on the chamber website , the Chamber newsletter and the Mail Tribune. Public Service announcements will also go out to the local TV stations .

The Chamber office is there to help you in any way that we can to promote your business. We can offer you the following office assistantance , FREE INCOMING FAXES, FREE NOTARY, UP TO 20 FREE BLACK AND WHITE COPIES, SEND FAXES AT $1.00 PER FAX.
